At Sunflower Soul Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please email contactsunflowersoul@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sunflower Soul Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Handmade-to-order items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactsunflowersoul@gmail.com. Please include photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contactsunflowersoul@gmail.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
